A willingness and want to learn and help others
Good communication Skills
Good Care Planning / Care Assessment Skills
Good working knowledge and experience of Care
Organised and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a member of a team and to work on your own
You must love challenges
Experience in the domiciliary care industry (desired)
Good Care Planning / Care Assessment Skills (desired)
